I just bought this application last night, but I have used it some and I must say that is very useful for getting a better grip on things like right ascension and declination. My only complaint is that does not locate objects in the NGC catalog and many other catalogs, but the app its self is just great!

Great app for setting up my camera to locate constellations

I know nothing about astronomy, but this app lets me identify stars and constellations with ease... its exactly what I wanted. It was recommended by the astronomer who does star walks for the local planetarium; she uses it herself, with the complicated options enabled.

Simply the best have amazed my friends my children and my coworkers with this absolutely fabulous app!

I wish I could see all the stars that this app has. You can adjust to how dark or bright the sky is around you. Its great!!

Love this app. So many plus sides. Just a couple down sides. Moon phases! Sun set/rise times! Planet labeling! All awesome! Accuracy is a B-. I often have to shift my point of view to find what Im actually looking for.

A novice sky watcher and this is a great app to get started. If you have a telescope you need a good, easy to use, planet app.
