Stupendo
Da provare!!!
For an app that you have to pay for, it sure is buggy. I’ve never gotten this app to be accurate or smooth. It’s user friendly and pretty but that’s about it
Discovered this years ago and it’s still our favorite for stargazing and identifying celestial bodies. Clean, tidy, easy to use interface. Love it.
An app that doesn’t forget its primary purpose: to show the current sky keyed to your hand movements. I hope thus app works forever!
This app really is elegant and easy to use. The only thing that keeps it from 5 out of 5 is the slippery clunkyness of the time and location interface. Fix that and PERHAPS icing on the cake add a geo specific horizon (solar parallax and proper motion drift? I don’t know) - THeN you have something to build another Stonehenge with! All the same - you want to be able to “see” the path of the sun under the earth at night? The realm of Osiris made “real”? There’s this app for that. Totally enjoyable and useful ecliptic positions.
Good for star gazing and finding planets
I’m looking for the meteor shower that is happening now. The meteor’s are in the direction of Gemini Constellation. Thus, thi star watch program is helping!
I am no longer able to see the planets option. Everything else works
It is the best
In the northen hemisphere the app works great. In Southern it has no clue of the constellations. Very disappointed:(
Privacy policy hasn't been updated since Apple required it starting last year. Developer replied about app not being updated because it doesn't need to be updated. They are apparently the worlds best software developers and have made the perfect software that wouldn't benefit from new features and is also completely bug free. They didn't address the lack of a privacy policy update. They could easily do that at least as a show of good will.
Great app!!! When I’m bored I jut pull out this app and see where stars and planets and galaxies are andI am really interested in space
My go to sky app!!!!
Fantastic!!! Best program of its kind that I have found. The more I use it the more I discover things that it is capable of doing. (Like tracing out the sun Analemma as a function of time.) I input my own location with a high degree of accuracy and find extremely good accuracy in everything else that it calculates. I find the accuracy of the program to be Impressive. The display is very realistic as to the relative brightness of the stars and constellations, just the way you see them. I feel you are to be congratulated for creating such a versatile program. Being able to choose between ordinary time, the mean solar day or sidereal days is very useful. In fact, that is what allows you to see the Analemma traced out over the course of a year with a time function of your choosing with a simple flick of your finger.
This is an Excellent program helped me pick up major understanding in hours through AR rather than hundreds of hours through books
Want to know what star or planet that is, this app will tell you!
I have Go Skywatch on all my devices…doesn’t everyone?
I think that it’s really neat and fun but unfortunately doesn’t work very well on an iPad.
Go Sky Watch on Ipad fun to use
Started off good, but having north always out of calibration kind of ruins the app for me. Even with a follow up from GoSoftWorks the app still disappoints. Thanks for your canned response. Hopefully that is enough to cover up other unhappy customers. I would hate for your reputation to be damaged by your poor product performance.
I downloaded this app and have been happy with it. Being a curios novice it fun to identify the different objects in the sky. It makes be look smarter than I am.
Get SkyView Lite instead. This app points in the entirely wrong direction. The compass is off and the horizon is reversed somehow. I’ve now gone through app updates and iOS updates and no changes. The iPhone Compass app is correct as are all other navigation apps and SkyView Lite. THIS APP DOESN’T WORK!
Great app. Don’t know much about star watching. This app really helps.
This app is very well done. I use it to all the time for astrophotography planning. It is very easy and convenient to use. My only request would be that they add more deep space objects but all the major targets are there. All and all good stuff.
Great app. We use it on camping trips and backyard evenings with the kids. Love all the features. Great way to learn about the stars!
5 star easy to use. Locates everything I’m looking for except the international space station (hint hint developers) :-) Love the app. Fun and easy to use with the kids.
This thing will point out about everything up there I can’t go over board they might start charging for every thing it gives you
Awesome!
Excellent for stargazers
Found it to be frustrating to transfer files from iPhone to Mac
Very educational! Lots of fun
My go-to when I am trying to identify something or trying to find something
Please stop popping up tips and marketing crap when I launch the app. It's a paid app. Act like it. It would also be nice if it would remember the last Messier object I looked up so I don't have to keep looking it up. Leave me where I left off. And where's the NGC catalog already? Years later, still no expanded catalogs. Still-STILL years later and no expanded catalogs.
Others might be fancier, but this app is still the best I’ve used. Intuitive, no scammy ads, great time-control features.
The night sky comes alive and it’s made a new.Get this app for the backyard or the back country.
This is by far the best sky app!!!!
Has everything you need, nothing you don't.
This app has brought me and my kids a new outlook at the stars and planets that surround us... it has gotten us so interested that we recently bought a telescope!! And this app makes it star gazing a breeze, enjoyable and exciting!!
Thanks
Has many features than most amateur astronomers would not want or need (e.g., traditional constellations from multiple cultures) but they do serve to foster a greater interest in stargazing among others. Back to mention my latest appreciation for GoSkyWatch: tracking NEOWISE! My biggest quibble with this: it lacks a “make the freakin clouds go away!!!” button. One of these nights I hope to finally be able to image Comet NEOWISE.
Very easy easy to use for a 70 yr old like me.
Love it.
Let’s me know my place in God’s awesome universe. This app allows me to explore His creation like nothing else!
So far I love the app and have used it to spot the NEOWISE comet. The only thing I can think of that would make the app better is camera AR. That way you could see exactly where the star, comet, etc. is in the sky.
Has nothing to do with the quality of this app, which I suspect may be quite good, but only reflects the incessant nagging for a review since before I even got a chance to use it. Hopefully it will get them off my back for now until I can give a more honest review.
The best app in using the gyroscope in the iPhone. Have been using it for years now.
Perfect
Use this app at my telescope. Like the ability to zoom and scroll to where I am looking, and find it really useful for star-hopping.
Easy to use, clear, concise!
Love what you do👏👏👏👏— you make it possible for me to look forward to splendid star-gazing nights!! thank you!!🥰🥰🥰
